About this dataset
Tracks NEW biomedical research papers as they enter PubMed (~4,000 records/day). Two views: the newest papers indexed (any journal, medicine/life-science) and the subset that is new clinical-trial publications — the evidence layer behind trialwatch's registry feed. Each row carries PMID, title, first author, journal, publication date, publication type and DOI when present. The fingerprint covers bibliographic identity (title/author/journal/pubtype/DOI), so corrected records re-emit updated rows. For medical-research agents, evidence-synthesis pipelines, pharma competitive-intelligence and anyone who needs fresh peer-reviewed literature without an API key. Source is NCBI E-utilities esearch+esummary (keyless, contact-bearing UA); corpus refreshed and republished hourly, anchored on-chain every run for verifiable freshness.
