Earthquake corpus for agents: every M2.5+ earthquake worldwide in the trailing 24 hours from the USGS real-time feed (earthquake.usgs.gov), as structured documents — magnitude, depth, coordinates, place description, tsunami alert flag, felt-report count, and event time — with M5+ significant events surfaced as full documents first, and a rolling global summary counting events by magnitude band. Earthquakes occur continuously around the clock (typically 40-80 M2.5+ events/day), so the corpus turns over hourly, and every published corpus root is anchored on-chain via AnchorRegistry, so recency is independently verifiable.

How to buy a query

Ask 'recent earthquakes' or 'any earthquakes today' for the latest M2.5+ events worldwide, 'significant earthquakes' or 'magnitude 5 or higher' for the M5+ set with full detail, or 'global summary' for event counts by magnitude band and the biggest event of the day. Event docs include event time and coordinates so severity and locality are immediately usable.
