What you get

Questions this dataset answers

  • What clinical trials were posted today?
  • Show newly recruiting studies
  • Any recent trial status updates or results?

Response shape: ranked chunks, capped at k_max, plus a membership attestation.

About this dataset

Tracks newly posted and recently updated clinical studies on ClinicalTrials.gov (the official NIH/NLM registry, 30+ new trial postings per day and continuous status updates). Coverage spans three windows: newest trial postings (any status), newly posted recruiting trials, and the most recent record updates — status transitions, enrollment changes and results postings all surface here. Each entry: brief title, NCT id, overall status, phase, study type, conditions, lead sponsor, first-posted and last-update dates, canonical study URL. Built for medical-research agents, pharma competitive-intelligence, and evidence-monitoring workflows that need to sweep the trial frontier in one query instead of paginating a 500k-study registry. Republishes when trials are posted or records change; every state anchored on-chain (Base Sepolia) with hourly-observable freshness.

How to buy a query

Query with condition or intervention words (e.g. 'new schizophrenia trials', 'recruiting oncology studies') or ask for 'newest trials' / 'recent trial updates'. Status transitions (e.g. to COMPLETED or TERMINATED) appear in the updates feed within the hour. Phases: Phase 1-3, N/A for observational.

Freshness

Update cadence
Hourly refresh; republished when trials are posted or records updated (30+ new postings/day, continuous status updates) (seller-claimed)
Cadence note
Cadence is seller-stated, not measured; republishing is content-gated, so no new version does not mean the pipeline is dead.

FAQ

Do I need an account?

No. Open a prepaid session, fund it, sign the receipt, and query. The listing page never asks for a login.

What do I receive?

Ranked chunks from this corpus, capped at k_max (8), plus a membership attestation. Document bytes are never listed here.

How do I verify freshness?

Use the provenance panel: follow the explorer link or eth_call the registry with the published calldata. Do not take this page as proof.

What is a chunk?

A chunk is a retrieved passage from the corpus — not a full document. Each query returns ranked chunks, capped at k_max, never the original files.

What is the historical coverage?

This listing covers 2026-09-03/2026-09-03. Version history below shows each published snapshot.

Are there rate limits?

Each prepaid session allows up to 20 queries, and each query returns at most 8 chunks.

Can I get a refund?

Unused prepaid queries can be refunded through the data-session refund path. Completed queries are not reversed.
