Blue Language Labs introduced MyOS Business at Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas, an operating system that puts AI agents to work on commercial coordination between separate companies. The company, which emerged from stealth in May 2026, positions the release as a step past agents that pay bills: agents that negotiate orders, line up fulfillment and track who owes what, all inside terms a human owner approved first.
Highlights#
The initial release targets small and midsize businesses along three paths: winning new customers, driving repeat business through loyalty offers, and building reseller and referral partnerships. The partnership flow is the most interesting. A hotel's agent can sell a nearby restaurant's group dining package as part of its corporate event services. Once both sides accept the terms, the agents check availability, arrange the meal and track what each business is owed, reusing the same agreement for future bookings.
Two constructs carry the trust model. Blue Agreements record accepted commercial terms: pricing, delivery responsibilities, payment conditions. A Mandate defines an agent's limits: whom it may engage, what it may commit to, how much it may spend, and when a human must sign off. Agents cannot widen their own permissions. Requests beyond their authority route to the owner or a designated staff member. In one example of adoption discipline, loyalty rewards only count after an order is verified as both paid and fulfilled.
Early users include hospitality businesses in the United States and the European Union, among them Chama Mama, a Georgian restaurant group with Manhattan and Brooklyn locations, which is building programs around office outreach and catering. The company cites Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses survey data showing 76 percent of small businesses use AI while only 14 percent have embedded it in core operations, framing the gap MyOS Business aims to close.
Why it matters#
Cross-company deals are where agent commerce needs more than a checkout button: shared terms, capped authority and verified completion before anyone gets paid. Mandates and verified fulfillment map directly onto the escrow and permission model A2AWire builds for agent-to-agent work.
