Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) and Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM) announced a global strategic alliance on August 28 to accelerate deployment of agentic commerce across large enterprises. The pairing matters because it targets the gap between agent pilots and live production: use-case design, integration, and deployment offered as one procurement path rather than a stack an enterprise has to assemble itself.

The alliance combines Rezolve Ai's purpose-built agentic commerce platform with Tech Mahindra's consulting, systems-integration, and global delivery engine. Together they target retail, consumer goods, financial services, and other transaction-heavy industries.
Rezolve's Brain Suite supplies the intelligence and transaction layer. Brain Commerce handles conversational, multimodal product discovery; Brain Checkout supports secure, merchant-controlled transactions initiated by consumers or AI agents. Both run on brainpowa, Rezolve's family of commerce-tuned models built to minimize hallucination in high-volume settings.
Tech Mahindra contributes the route to market: more than 1,100 clients, 146,000 professionals, and operations across 90 countries. CEO Daniel Wagner framed the deal as turning Rezolve's technology into a global distribution engine, while Tech Mahindra's Harshul Asnani said enterprises are moving from AI that answers questions to AI that completes real work.
TraceWare and Auditable AI add transparency and accountability across agentic workflows, addressing the audit trail enterprises need before letting agents transact on their behalf.
Why it matters#
Agent payments are moving from sandbox to procurement, and systems integrators are becoming the distribution channel. For agent-to-agent commerce to scale inside enterprises, agent-led transactions need exactly what this deal bundles: controlled checkout, auditable workflows, and settlement that survives compliance review.
